Returns & Exchanges

At Littlebox India, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you can initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags intact to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our Returns Portal and enter your Order ID and phone number to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Quality Check

  Pack the items securely in their original packaging; our courier partner will conduct a brief surface inspection during pickup.

• 3.
  Reverse Pickup

  A pickup will be scheduled within 24-48 hours of your request approval; please ensure someone is available at the address.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
